NEW CUSTOMER

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Payment in Cash, Certified Cheque or Credit Card In Person only. 
  • All other payment methods are subjected  to approval.
  • All Credit Card payments are subjected to a 2% processing charge.
  • Payment by Credit Card not in person  must be pre-approved before placing an order. 
  • Customers who have purchased from JKL for more than 3 months can apply for Credit Terms.
  • All goods will be shipped FOB JKL freight prepaid and added to the invoice total. 
  • Full insurance coverage of shipment unless requested by purchaser otherwise. 
  • All claims for shortages, damages, or other errors must be made within 5 working days.
  • A handling charge of $5 will be added to any order less than $100. 
  • A $20.00 handling charge will apply to all NSF cheques or non negotiable payments. 
  • A finance charge of 2% per month will be applied to all overdue accounts. 
  • All goods title remains with JKL until full payment is received. 
RETURN POLICY

Defective Items

  • One year parts and labour warranty unless otherwise stated. 
  • Fill in Customer RMA Request Form
  • State invoice number, model number, serial number and detailed description of the problem.
  • A handling charge of $15 per item will apply if the above information is not made available. 
  • Ship defective items to JKL freight prepaid.  JKL will refuse any shipment sent collect. 
  • Defective items will be repaired or replaced at JKL's option and will be returned freight prepaid.
  • The warranty does not extend to any goods that are physically damaged or modified, or that are not operated under normal conditions. 
  • A handling charge of $20.00 plus all shipping charges will apply if returned item(s) are found to be non-defective. 
Non-Defective Items
  • No return of goods will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice. 
  • Goods must be returned in RESALEABLE condition and with all original packaging.
  • JKL reserves the right to refuse any returns that are deemed to be unresaleable. 
  • Restocking charge is 15%.  Minimun charge is $5.00. 
  • NO CASH REFUND
